tkpk Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkpk platform and all its services. By accessing the tkpk website, creating an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you have any doubts or questions about any matter, please contact our customer support team. tkpk reserves the right to suspend service at any time if any part of these Terms is not complied with.

In this document, "you" or "member" refers to any person registered or wishing to register at tkpk. "Platform" refers to tkpk's website, mobile app and all associated digital channels.

2.1 One Account Only

Each person may create only one account at tkpk. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and your own. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, tkpk reserves the right to close that account at any time. Documents required for identity verification (copy of national ID card or passport) may be requested.

2.3 Account Verification

tkpk may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

All services at tkpk are for persons aged 21 or older only. Creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. If it is established that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that their children cannot access this platform. The use of parental control software is recommended.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is not allowed. The member is solely responsible for any authorised or unauthorised transactions made from the account. If any unusual activity is noticed on the account, our support centre should be notified immediately.

tkpk follows our Privacy Policy when collecting, storing and using your personal information. Full details of how data is collected and used can be found there. Your information is not sold to third parties.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at tkpk is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank can be used. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be made only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.3 Identity Verification Required

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be met. tkpk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, wagering requirements must be met — bonus winnings can be withdrawn after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; to make winnings withdrawable, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses

All promotions at tkpk have separate wagering requirements and validity periods. It is not possible to use more than one bonus at the same time. It is the member's responsibility to read the terms of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• Any bonus incorrectly credited due to a technical error will be reclaimed.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is proven, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.

6.3 VIP Cashback

tkpk's VIP program includes a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback rates vary by tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.6% at Silver level, up to 0.9% at Gold level and up to 1.2% at Platinum level on weekly net losses. Cashback applies to each week's net losses (total bets minus total winnings).

All gaming and betting activities at tkpk are conducted on the principles of fairness and integrity. Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG), which leaves no room for external manipulation. If a technical error in any game results in an incorrect payout, tkpk reserves the right to correct that amount.

Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately and any associated winnings will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at tkpk:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Submitting fake identity documents.
• Attempting to carry out cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all deposits and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

9.1 Closure by tkpk

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, tkpk may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Valid funds in a closed account (excluding bonuses) may be returned after verification is complete.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. If a self-exclusion request is made, access to the account will be blocked for a specified period. Attempting to open a new account during this period is a breach of these Terms.

The tkpk platform operates on an "as is" basis. tkpk is not liable if a game or bet is affected by internet disconnection, technical error or any other uncontrollable reason. However, in such situations we always endeavour to resolve reasonable complaints from members.

tkpk is not liable for financial losses related to betting and gaming. Games carry inherent financial risk, and members are considered to have accepted this risk voluntarily.

tkpk believes that entertainment and responsibility can go hand in hand. The mental wellbeing and financial safety of members is our priority. We offer members the ability to set deposit limits, take breaks and self-exclude when needed.

tkpk reserves the right to change, amend or update any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published. Members are advised to visit this page regularly.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. For major changes, we will endeavour to notify members by email.
